Wholesale Prices: Prices are (FOB) Free On-Board Ontario, CA and Tulsa, OK. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Large quantity discounts are available upon request.

Minimum Order Requirement: Initial Order - $1000. Reorders - $500 – (No truck or Furniture items) All lines can be combined to meet minimum. Please note that due to their size and/or weight, many furniture and bulky items must ship via freight carriers. Truck orders less than $1000, can incur higher freight costs.

Minimum Quantities: Items that have minimum quantities must ship in multiples of minimum.

Credit Terms: All new accounts must be paid by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Prepaid orders require a check or wire transfer prior to shipment. Credit card orders must have the account name, account number, billing address and expiration date. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Credit card is charged at time of shipment.

International & Proforma Orders: A 30% deposit or payment in full is required before the order will be pulled and packed. Payment in full is required before the order will be released from our Distribution Center. Proforma orders are considered to be on “hold for confirmation” until a deposit is received. Payments on international orders can be made by credit card or wire transfer. Cancelled orders that have already been packed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Net 30 days terms: The privilege of net 30 terms is offered after the first order and meets the requirements of three current trade references, one bank reference and minimum one-year business credit history to qualify for credit application. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Any past due balance will be charged 18% finance charge, or a $20.00 minimum. Future orders will not be released for processing until all past due balances are paid in full, including finance charges. Returned or stop payment checks are subject to $25.00 service charge. Refused or returned shipments will be charged shipping costs plus a 15% restocking charge.

Delivery: IMAX is a ship as ready company. In stock items are generally shipped within 4 to 7 business days from date of an order with complete information. Order acknowledgements are prepared at the time of order placement.

Customer Order Pickup: Customers may pick up orders at a designated distribution center and they will be notified by IMAX when the order is ready for pickup. Customer orders must be picked up within 10 business days, or customer may be subject to 15% storage and or restocking fee.

Backorders: Every effort is made to ship product as quickly as possible, but occasionally items are backordered. As soon as the items become available, they are shipped without notice. If you have any instructions regarding backorders, please indicate when the order is placed. Any back orders under $100 will be cancelled.

Shipping: We have very competitive shipping rates and reserve the right to select the carrier of our choice. The customer can choose to use their own carrier, if they ship freight collect, or provide IMAX with an account number, and agree to assume responsibility for any and all transportation charges. Most orders will ship motor freight because of size and shipping costs. Small parcel orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground parcel service. Larger items and volume orders will be shipped via common carrier. Any additional charges such as lift gate, inside delivery, re-delivery, etc. that is billed during the shipment will be billed to the customer.

Refused Shipments or Address Correction: The customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on incorrect shipping addresses. All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse.

Damages and Claims: Inspect all packages and report visible damage to the carrier upon acceptance. All LTL shipments leave the Warehouse with security tape wrapped around the shipment. If a shipment arrives with any obvious damage, or the security tape is not intact, the order has been compromised, please note any damages and take pictures of the boxes and pallet. You are entitled to refuse the damaged portion of the shipment. All damages must be reported within 10 business days, or the claim may be denied. Any shortages must also be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to IMAX.

Please complete the Damage Claim Form and submit with images to claim@imaxcorp.com, or by fax at 1-918-249-1000. Images must be attached on any claims over $100, in order to file a claim.

Returns: Returned merchandise must be in original boxes or it cannot be returned for credit. IMAX will not issue call tags. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid. All returns must be authorized and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Mutual Liability: Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the products for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever therewith. The preceding statements are made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective if returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

Product Specifications: Unless otherwise noted, all glass, ceramic, porcelain and metal items are for decorative use only. All IMAX product lines are handmade. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship.
