IMAX Sees Strong Growth at Markets

With Dallas and Atlanta markets ended for the summer season and Las Vegas in full swing, the assessment of retailer attitudes is generally positive.

“Retailers remain cautiously optimistic about business and seem to be in a waiting mood,” IMAX vice president of Sales Rex Yoakley said. “For the most part, their sales are still sort of a roller coaster, but overall better than last year.”

Crystal Jensen –
Small Business Group Rep Coordinator

Crystal Jensen has big responsibilities to make sure the office needs of IMAX road sales representatives are met every day.

In her 11 years at IMAX, she has held a variety of positions from shipping assistant, to customer service manager. As she says, “a little bit of everything except purchasing.”

Crystal loves working at IMAX. “I’ve worked at IMAX for so long, I take my job personally,” she says. “My co-workers are my extended family. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. It’s my home away from home.”

Even one of her pets, Apollo Max, a German shepherd mix, was rescued from the IMAX parking lot. He shares home space with Rocky, the Pomeranian. She and husband Josh have a 13-year-old daughter Mikayla, and will welcome a new daughter to be named Mia in the next few weeks.

Crystal, a native of Arkansas, enjoys spending time on the family houseboat at the lake, fishing and swimming and about anything she can do with her family.
